LW: The Urban Mission isn't like that, as far as I know. They honestly help people who need help; all they require is that you try and help yourself, too. And though they do have services there, no one's required to attend just to get the help. Like forcing them to sit through a sermon just to get food would convince anyone to accept Jesus, anyway.
