On Sept. 15, Six Flags Great Adventure theme park in NJ held the "Great Muslim Adventure Day" (see link). 15,000 or more were expected to attend. Sadly, the event was rained out. Well, I'm sure lots of people of all walks of life were disappointed that day, having been so looking forward to a fun day enjoying Six Flags amusement facilities, right? I mean, many groups get a special day of lower rates and/or special treatment among the crowds at such parks. Right? Wrong. Th

Some of us out here know this is real. I'm not interested in bringing the bastards to justice. I'm interested in killing the enemy. --feisty in Ohio I'm glad to see someone here who does, besides the regulars. Sorry I haven’t responded sooner. I lost my internet connection for a few days, and then I couldn’t find this thread for a little bit. I don’t even know if anyone is still checking, but if so, Here’s my loooong reply. ---Adamness No problem; I was just enjoying the back-and-forth and hoping you'd show up again. The game's afoot..... <TAB

Is this supposed to be ironic? Unfortunately, no. Why would you think that? I honestly believe it, and it really kind of scares me that more people don't. I'm also afraid that bin-Laden probably agrees with me.

We need to stop kidding ourselves. We need to wake up and pull together. We need to stop screwing around and pretending this thing is something it isn’t. Stop the petty, partisan debating of the pros and cons of what we’re euphemistically calling the "War on Terror", and face one basic fact, a fact that is standing there in the corner, like the proverbial elephant in the room. We need to stop pretending that this war in which are now engaged, be it in Afgha

can't we ever have peace? ---cutepablo Sure, after the liberal apologists and anti-American traitors have allowed them to win, the Islamists will be happy to impose their peace on the world.

Orionsbelt: I'm not getting into this discussion, but I will say that, if you use the "quote" tab, you don't have to make new comment posts for each individual answer. Just highlight what you want to answer from each post as it stands, and hit "quote". the portion of the quote you highlighted will drop down to the "reply" field. Saves a lot of time and even helps makes your answers clearer.

Havent any of you read the studies about how badly the building was made? A car bomb exploded outside the US embassy in Syria this morning; following the explosion gunmen attacked with firearms and hand grenades. Three of the gunmen were killed, along with one member of Syrian Security forces. One Syrian and a Chinese man, both bystanders, it seems at the moment, were injured.

It's hilarious to watch the left whine when "their precious" gets held over the fires of Mount Doom!! After years of accusing Prs. Bush of everything from alledged cocaine use to actually helping plan the attacks on the WTC, NOW they whine like stuck little pigs. ---PT2K Well, see.....Mr. Precious's "legacy" is so thin, weak and wobbly (which happ

Awesome.....well done, Drag. It's nice to see someone else remembering; I was the only one in my plant who wore anything in remembrance (a flag t-shirt. I only saw one other person all day long with a similar shirt). Let's not ever allow this day, nor its implications, to be forgotten. I also feel very sad

The movie blames Sandy Berger and Madeline Albright but the CIA isn't sure who exactly killed the mission only that it came from the white house. Maybe that's what went out in Sandy Burglar's pants? Continuing from #36: Adamness: Iraq in its current state is a training ground for terrorists and has allowed Iran to gain strength against the West. It's also a killing ground for terrorists, terrorists that might otherwise have been pouring into the States. And, it's put a sizeable military force on Iran's western border.

So, you have no problem with the President misleading the country to GO TO WAR?! If the war was justified, and something we had to do there would be NO reason to mislead and/or lie. ---Adamness It was justified, and for years, at that. I don't agree with a lot of what Bush has done, but I personally think he was correct in invading Iraq.

Suri Cruise Obsession: Going a Bit Too Far If you thought Vanity Fair's 22-page photo spread of four-month-old Suri Cruise with her mommy and daddy, Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise, was excessive, wait until you see this! Artist Daniel Edwards--he's the one who made the life size and anatomically correct statue of Britney Spears giving birth on a bearskin rug--has created a sculpture that he claims was cast from Suri's first bowel movement.
