I’ve often heard and read of the supposed “Neocon agenda”; that ultra-secret plan of all us “crazy religious right-wing, wing nut” conservatives, to yoke the rest of the nation to our old-fashioned, “out-dated” ways and ideas. Well, even if that were true, would it really be so very bad? After all, those values made America the strongest and most powerful nation on Earth, in much less than 200 years of her history.</p

I sent it in to The Morning Show with Quinn and Rose; no response, yet. I was thinking of going ahead and trying Hannity and Limbaugh, though. Thanks for the support.

Friends and Fellow Patriots; I may have come up with way to carry our protests through the Holidays and winter months, and have presented my idea to the members of my group, The American Patriot Council, Washington/Jefferson/Hancock Chapter, who have agreed to implement it. As we approach the Christmas Season, with its long-standing and beloved traditions of gift-giving and the sending of greeting cards, I propose the following: As many patriots as possible could
Whats wrong with that? well, for starters, why would we have soldiers fighting and dying if we're not interested in victory? Candidate Obama said we must win in Afghanistan, now we learn that he's not interested in victory or the advice of his top General.
---Anothony R I think you misread my post; somehow, i don't think you and Obama see this situation the same way. Yeah; Cracked rocks. The website is so much more fun than the magazine I read in my youth. It might be good for Chicago, but Chicago can't afford the Olympics; they can't even afford to have their city offices open 5 days a week, and they're going to host the Olympics? For 2 weeks? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xVqFwHDZ7jw
I guess this is why when Liberal talk show hosts (Bill Maher, Don Imus) say offensive things, they get punished, but when Conservative talk show hosts (Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh) say offensive things, nothing happens to them. In fact, he's a popular guest on late night talk shows. He's

"Yes, elements of the war were handled wrongly, but they were mostly those that depended on the media reaction. I doubt anybody could have foreseen the extreme hostility the western media had towards George Bush and his ideology. The "insurgency" couldn't win, and they knew it. But they could convince American opinion that the war was futile (or even morally wrong). And for that they needed the help of the media and it surprised me that they had such support."--Leauki Funny....we've s
I'm sorry...I have a hard time getting facts from pundits that display occasional somewhat bizarre behavior. It makes me distrust their ability to determine what is a fact and what is a delusion.
---k10w3 Beck's chosen style is to be humorous and over-the-top, just as Limbaugh's is to be pompous and self-righteous. This is done simply to irritate the left. Clearly, it works like a charm, because no matter how they try to marginalize them, or how often they say

Can I point out the fact that Russia, too, is a big country? Although, not as big as it used to be, before us evil, hated Americans caused the collapse of the USSR. This was an even bigger country, yet was, in the General's world, apparently loved and cuddled by all. Reagan's policies toppled the USSR; the world was then portrayed as hating us for it, by a libera media which really did hate us for it, because they, as leftists, saw the USSR as the last refuge

I have been informed, many times, that my personal opinions and fears over the Obama Method of Government are just idiotic. That my views are meaningless, next to people from other nations, who may have a better persepective on the ways and means of his ideas of Change and Hope. The link will take you to a letter in the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review. Its relatively short, but I found it rather illuminating.

Artysims: First of all, I wasn't aware Canada's constitution made provision for what we Americans call "First Amendment Rights". Freedom of speech is (ostensibly, at least,) guaranteed here, but not there...as I understand, anyay. If that's so, then the protestors are permitted to air their greivaances only by at the discression of the government, which can do so if, and as, it pleases.
Hhhmm.... I find it irritating how Democrats and liberal public figures regularly get away with their sleaziness and disregard for decorum; conservatives and Republicans, however, are castigated for every remotely questionable act. To the liberal mass-media, of course, this is “fairness”, and “objectivity”, and when we complain about it, we’re being disingenuous a

The Steelers are playing Cincy at Heinz tomorrow, I believe; maybe they could stay around and protest the game. After all, football is a very competetive, violent game. Competition and violence, both, are things people like the protestors hate. I'm sure the fans tailgating in the parking lot would have a few things to say to them.
