Would it be too much to ask how to do this (have Object Bar automatically create an ObjectBar skin from WindowBlinds on win 98)?

When I zoom in to preview a skin in WindowBlinds, a lot of the views seem to also be using a matching Object Bar skin. Are these people running Windows XP that does this for them (creates the start bar)? or are they creating matching Object Bar themes to go with thier WindowBlinds skin and are not uploading them to this site? Just wondering, I'm running Win98. Thanks

My tolerance for being reminded of the war everywhere I look is getting to be less and less all the time. Interesting statement you made there......Maybe if you had family, friends or loved ones overseas for 6 months or more protecting your way of life (or after that statement maybe not yours) you would look at it differently.
