Which skins work with Windows XP? in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

New member here! This may have been addressed previously, but I don't have time to review all prior threads. (I did check the recent ones!) I downloaded some cool-looking themes from this site and SkinBase. However, I am running Windows XP and it won't recognize many of the themes. I am using WindowBlinds. Does a theme have to be created specifically for Windows XP in order to work? Thanks for your help! Ann
