what is the differernce between launch8 and objectdock?

SOLVED question about booting up in Personal Computing WinCustomize Forums

I dont know if this is the place to post this so feel free to move it. So i have a computer that when i boot it up the screen goes dark but the computer runs and nothing sounds wrong and this happens before i can boot it in safe mode or go into bios. And if i reboot it 3 or 4 times it boots up normal. And if i should shut it down like normal in the startmenu and then boot it up again at once it boots up normal. Does anyone have idea what can cause this,
