applying the themes/installing., im stuck. in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

ive downloaded a few of the themes/icons etc. i need to know how to use them. ive got like theme manager and everything. when i have downloaded a theme or skin: 1. where do i extract it to? 2. how do i get it showing on the theme manager? 3. in general, how do i get it up and running properly? any help wouldbe much appreciated, ta ps. a step by step guide would be much
