Level 2 Past Customer status in WinCustomize Site Issues WinCustomize Forums

I purchased OD on Jan 8, 2007 and have reached my download limit. WinCustomize is now asking me to purchase an account. I have already cross refenced my Stardock account using the e-mail address that I used to purchase OD. It catagorizes me as a "Past Customer" though. How can I make Win Customize realise that I am a current customer so it will take the download limit away? Thank you.
