Ok, a double post... Danny, Maybe people should try abstinence, seems to me that it's the most proven form of birth control out there... If you were really being serious, it's not. It fails repeatidly because humans are sexual people. It is especially ineffective now because American people are wai

RU-486 isn't 'the morning after pill". The morning after pill does not dispose of a fertilized egg that has attatched itself to the wall of the uterus, where RU-486 will. Oh, InfoGeek already cleared that up... I know a few people that have used RU-486, and it isn't a pretty sight, by any means. It's brutal and painful, used only as a last resort for some woman, but still less damaging than the other abortion procedure, I think. It's about

Geezer The kids are from 6 yrs to 13 yrs old. It's a youth club for elementary and middle schoolers that meets on Saturday. I didn't have them bring their journals this time, but next time, I surely will. I'll post some entries, too! ll

Hint: The first time I hear this, someone was telling me a story. They were talking about cancer, and the possibility of some kind of transplant... Hint: The second time I heard this, I was looking at a guitar that had recently been upgraded, talking to the person who did the upgrade. The piece that was upgraded was the nut. We were discussing how often these pieces have to be replaced, and the various materials that nuts can be made from..

"I, however, look like I have spent the wee hours engaged in folk dancing with a football team." This is hilarious! I've been known to talk in my sleep. Luckily, I'm so innocent and pure (haha...right) that I havn't said anything to incriminate myself in fromt of my man.....yet! ll

With my youth club, I went to the Raptor Center today. They were facinated. They got to see raptors poop, talk about vomiting, and talk about viscious things like how hooked beaks work well to meat off other living things. Yikes! I

Reply #5 By: Sherye Hanson - 3/9/2004 6:54:36 PM I wonder if we'll still think the war was helpful ten years from now. Will Sadaam be replaced by another tyrant? It happened in Haiti. It happens a lot of places. <TABLE cellpadding=8 width="95%" align=center bgColor=#FFF394 class="mb-Body-Qu

Baker I know it always seems like I'm picking on you. I don't mean to. I know you know a lot, but.... Ask the Kurds, Shia, and Kuwaitis what they think of Saddam Hussein The American government was responsible for the slaughter of Kurds, no question. So, if you ask them, they would probably t

"i'm looking for someone to love me enough not to cheat on me but i doubt that'll ever happen" They are out there. Don't look and one will bump right into you. "want to be an actor when i get out of this crappy town" Never let go of that. ll

"Don't come to my house and denigrate his contributions and say he should leave Iraq now." I think that's fair. When people don't respect your beliefs in your house, and say things knowingly that offend you, you have every right to be pissed about it. "America has been brought into the terrorist age..." For the record, though, the American government has been terrorizing people, groups, countries, its own people around the world for a

I realize this is getting off the original topic, but I think it's imortant. Where in the Convention does it say it's OK to fly fully-loaded commercial jets into buildings? Obviously, it doesn't, but that doesn't give an administration the right to have a free for all in war games. I know that's

I think this is about more than the war. Rat has a valid point, and maybe he just discovered it. So what. We should be supporting the exploration of information. Read, read, read. The more the better. Go Rat! ll

Mick said the animal, which weighed about 150 pounds, struck him in the chest and knocked him to the ground, goring him in the thigh. ``All I had time to do was throw my hands up and grab his antlers,'' he said. Go Bambi! ll

Sick to death of the old, stinky, hand me down couch we had in our tiny apartment, we decided to make a change. We went couchless! Where do you sit, you ask?? On a LoveSac! We have a 6 foot bean bag, but it isn't really a bean bag because there is no beans in it. It's made from the material that is inside couches. So, there is the stuffing sac, and then a cover t
