Upload rules. in Skinning WinCustomize Forums

I recently uploaded a DesktopX theme that was rejected due to the fact that it contained a CursorFX skin. Ok, I was told that it could not contain a cursor because this causes an unduly large download for those who don't have cursorFX. I am noticing several recent DesktopX themes by a master that contain both Xion skins, and Right Click skins. I do not want to seem a trouble maker, but rules are rules and should apply to all, not just some. I don't have Xio

Reply to Multiple Instances of the Same Widget in DesktopX Stardock Forums

Here is what you do, Import the widget into DesktopX builder mode. Then export it as a widget, you will see an option to allow multiple instances to run. Tick the box to allow this, and export. There you now have a widget that will allow multiple instances to run. Hope this helps. :d

I thought I'd start a thread on what we might like to see in future versions of DesktopX. I will start with this: In DesktopX I would love to see an option to have all labels to be transparent, and to have it remain so when exported as a widget. Now when I make all labels magic pink so they don't show. When you export as a widget they come back....bummer. Also would love to see as much as feasilbe, some m
