Multiplicity won't work!! in Stardock Support General WinCustomize Forums

I can't figure out how to use Multiplicity. I have installed it on 2 machines. The primary sees the secondary. But I can't seem to use it. Hovering over the tray icon, I get the disconnected message. Help please!!
