If you are on Vista, and wish not to use the sidebar, I know you can load the sidebar, load a gadget to it, then you can detach the gadget from the sidebar and have it in the middle of your screen. Then you can close the sidebar Lot of trouble, I don't use Vista much, it may be easier than that,dunno.
I agree with replies 10, 17 and a few others. BTW, I am logged in and I am a subscriber, and an Apprentice. When I try to rate a skin, I get a message that says I need to be a sub. or an Apprentice to rate a skin....WTF?
