the corsair H series units are sealed and do not leak. they are guaranteed for either 3 or 5 years. as for air cooling, the V8 is really good. you can't go wrong with either thermalright or prolimatech towers with a good fan.

you don't change the fluid in it. that's part of what makes it so darned good. i had an H50 for a year or so before i switched to an H60. it has an improved reservoir and a square pump housing/contact area versus the round one on the H50. actually, i still have the H50. it's sitting in the box on a shelf. before the H50, i had a Coolermaster V8. yeah, you change the ram voltage in the bios. your mobo doesn't have the standard bios, tho. it has the uefi. the easiest thing to do is set your ram to run at the xmp settings. you'll need to go into the 'advanced' settings area to do so. based on what you've said, i agree your psu is dead. did you buy everything at micro-center? do they have a service area? it wouldn't hurt to take the rig in for them to check. you'll like the HX850, i promise. <

is that memory Vengeance, XMS, or Dominator? did ccr ever record a bad song? i've eeen fogerty in concert a few times and he still rocks. one of the best shows i've seen thru the years was when he opened for mellencamp in indy 3 or 4 years ago. at one point during mellencamp's set, fogerty came onstage and the two sat on bar stools and played acoustic guitars while singing a few old ccr songs and a couple mellencamp tunes. it was great!
