Thanks, however I had MBM installed before and you can run into a conflict with IAM if they're both running at the same time. Don't know why. I have the object digidata running, which was created by _Martin_ . I'll contact him and ask if it's possible for me to create onejust for systemp. He did a great job with digidata!

I'm looking for a DesktopX Obect that would tell the current CPU core temp. I have an Intel D865GBF mobo that uses a monitoring app called "Intel Active Monitor". It will certainly tell you the temp but you have to load it. I had overheating problems recently & upgraded to a variable speed fan w/ front fan cotrol. I'd like to see that the system is getting too hot in advance so I could manually increase speed. I COULD leave fan at highest speed indefi
WoW! Couldn't find it by autosearch so did it manually. On the 100th link I hit it. It's called "TheDay" & the link (for anyone else) is here: https://www.wincustomize.com/ViewSkin.aspx?SID=1&SkinID=2608&LibID=3 . While searching I did come across a few other good things I otherwise would have missed. Thanks to both for your help! Oh, one of the other
I used to have a DesktopX object that was simply that day written out in text. I liked putting it below the calandar. I have a memory problem & seeing the day in bold on my desktop really helped. I think it was an object not a widget but I could be wrong. I've searched all over & can't find it. Would anyone know where I might be able to download it? Thanks.
I have quite a few themes but not too many various sounds. I have gotten a few from microsoft.com but it's hard to find what you want using "search". You get obscure or no results. They're also difficult to use, as they're saved in your Media Clip File. Does anyone know where I might find good sounds to accompany the themes? By good I mean better than just stupid "laugh" or "boom" .wavs. Something that really sounds like a sound suite.
