I've lived in Las Vegas off & on over the last 15 years. It sounds like they are land "speculating." And it sounds like they don't live here. And, as with any speculation, there are risks vs rewards. Land speculation is best left to people who know/specialize in it, from what I read. I hope they know what they are doing. If they live in Minn, they may or may not know LV. There are still more people moving into LV, than a

I see most of us aren't the "undecided" we hear / see in the news. I think the country will survive, whoever is elected. The Civil War killed 15 times as many as Vietnam! And the country got right back up, and went on. Amazing, isn't it. pete

For me, Iraq is my big concern. If the situation took a Big turn for the better. And it wouldn't matter how it came about. Then I might consider voting for Bush. I really can't see anything else, just offhand. I don't think Bush could Say anything to change my mind. My first choice is Nader; then Kerry; then Bush pete<!-

aren't there more "active" terrorists now, than before our invasion of Iraq? Jeb's brother has a 999 year plan/vision, in which the world becomes a safer place i tend to agree with him "Osama Bin Laden can run, but he cannot hide" pete

we had some Democratic voter registrations thrown away on purpose here in Las Vegas, but it may have simply been a small group of Republicans evidently voter fraud in varying degrees is not that unusual, on both sides, including dems pete

on the orther hand, Jeb's brother has a perfect record: Not One Bill Vetoed in 3+ years "major combat mission is accomplished" " now watch this swing" pete

no problemo "you're either with us, or you're with the terrorists" "watch this swing" "Osama Bin Laden can run, but he can't hide" "watch this swing" "bring 'em on" "watch this swing" you see, it's a cake walk don't you feel safer now? pete

i agree, this will definitely hurt him in the long run; 4 years from now, if he decides to run for re-election, he will be grilled about it again and again, and again and again, and again and again, and again, and maybe again, and possibly again; and probably again, and again mean-while the stink will float off into the air, like most other stinkys do we are a forgetful nation "he can run, but he cannot hide" Jeb's broth

i consider myself a democrat, and i could care less if he gets help does anyone really care? do you know the risk if he were caught? it would probably cost him the election it's unlikely he's in communication with anyone in this spot personally, i would like to see Nader our next president, but it's highly unlikely do i want W re-elected, no but my life is going well, and i'm content if Jeb's brother is re-ele

i believe the draft was proposed by a dem, simply to make a point about the make-up of our armed forces he knew it wasn't going anywhere on the other hand, if there were another terrorist event similar to 911, then what options will we have? our fighting forces are spread thin this is one reason you don't invade a country , start a war, until it's the last resort "bring 'em on" pete

it's a Bogus question; simply your opinion what if i were to ask "Why is the Right Racist?" there would be an assumption that the right is racist, which is a generalization, and not true i probably won't change your mind, but democrats love america as much as you do, including Michael Moore [believe it or not] pete

we need to think long-term, and i think some of you are trying 1. are we better off now, than we were 4 years ago [be intellectually honest] ? a. there are more "active " terrorists now, than before we invaded Iraq this means things are worse off right now. you can argue how the world wil be better off 10-20 years from now, with a crystal ball b. the tax cuts are great; a republican thing; but it's offs

i like Nader's philosophy - "vote your conscience" he was shut out of the debate we only have 2 choices for the most powerful position in the world ?!!! what real choice does the average joe have, other than complain here and there? vote Nader, to send a message, doesn't seem unreasonable to me pete

i apologize; i guess i got a little carried away W has not killed a LOT of people, like joseph stalin and adoph hitler - only a few; and i don't think he killed anyone directly/puposefully; i mean he's such a nice guy i think his legacy will depend on the outcome of his Iraq Inc. acquisition. There IS a small chance that Iraq will change the world for the better, but the odds are against it; only time will tell

Jeb's brother simply did better than his 1st "debate," that's all the reason Kerry's poll numbers are rising, is because he was not really known to the public, and was "painted" by adverising [which works to a degree] The "debates" showed a real human, as opposed to a painted-man Jeb's brother would have been much better off feigning illness pete

George W. Bush is a very, very strong leader; one of the strongest our country has ever had some other strong World leaders that come to mind are, joseph stalin and adolph hitler pete
