I bet if you take the time to read the TOS, MOD or whatever passes for legalieze (spelling?) on any Graphics site you will find that there will be at least one clause if not more that explain every graphic on the site is the property and copy is held by the creatot. Making use of it requires you to contact the author and gain their permission. I was a subscribing member of ArtToday.com along with 8 other sites and each of them with 100's of 1000's of graphics and fonts had such rules.<b

What Hard-Drive setup do you happen to have? Multi-gig drives are dirt cheap these days and you can actually put ata100 drive at 7200 rpm for a resonable price. Dual-Boot might work well for you and then you can decide? If you have 2 drives with the room on em, Ghost your Win2k drive over to the second and then update the first. actually, it saves a compressed image of your registry entries that are removed so they can be replaced. And not, it is a * smart * program that will not kill your system... Though I fully understand you concern over such a suggestion. Oh I wouldn't format right yet, but I would go ahead and download the shareware version of System Mechanic from this site http://www.iolo.com/sm/ and install it. Once installed I would have it scan and remove all orphan link's, dll's, registry entries, ect. This will ensure that all of Iconpacker is removed as well as anything else you happened to have installed and uninstalled which left un-needed registry entries in there.
