After i ordered this i checked everthing thing i could think of, then prayed I actually would get something in the mail. The phone number seems to be someone's home number, the BBB in Vegas has no idea who the company is (that phone number is a Las Vegas number). I must have missed something.... After the first day or two? The instructions I have is to take one tablet, once ever 5-6 days, not everyday. Also, are you sure you can't attribute the weight loss and energy just to the fact that you are drinking so much water/juice everyday? Patty, I would have to agree with NiesyJean on that. Not worth it, especially if you have health problems like you heart. I have been walking, had to take a couple weeks off because I was brutally sick but we are getting our pattern back now so I'll be updating that thread next week. Good luck with whatever you choose.
