I find that if I sing the whole song, that usually gets it out of my head. Unfortunately, once I get "Whoomp, There it is" in my head... it takes forever to get it out. Mostly because it's that tiny section that repeats so well, and I don't know the rest of the song. Then, I have to go to my default songs to attempt to drown it out. Speaking of which...
