I got some unimportant correspondence in the mail the other day. The letter was kindly repackaged in a plastic bag informing me that my letter had been damaged. (I am going to have to post a pic of it) It was burned. Not beyond recognition but burned. Maybe your package caught my letter on fire.

Ok... she was right. You can re-boil it. It is a chemistry issue. I am very familiar with pralines (most years we make a 10 or 12 dozen) but not fudge. It has to do with aligning the sugar crystals just right. Do you have a candy thermometer? With pralines it is 225 degrees and then remove from the heat and stir like hell until they begin to set. Very good movie. I did not realize photobucket did video. Thanks. I wasn't too happy with the quality but I think that had more to do with the original than when PhotoBucket converted it to Flash. The free account gives you like 10GB transfer a month! Who needs YouTube?
