I can trace every serious financial situation in my short life back to a poor choice. Buying a car that I really can't afford the note on, going out drinking to chase the latest piece of tail or even spending my last few bucks on something frivolous that I just had to have. I have made some whopper poor choices in my lifetime. At the end of the day I have no one else to blame but myself. Sure, I could blame my parents for setting a poor example. I coul

To ignore story after story about the growing violence and to ignore the pictures of the violence is being the FOOL. Reporters have flawed motives. Many of them care less about the truth and more about a quick buck. How many stories have you bothered to read about faked photos. The reporters justify them by saying well... uh... that't the way it

No it was not " so peaceful" before, but it has been getting WORSE with MORE countries in turmoil! Was it that it wasn't as peaceful before and is worse now or is it that there are a bunch more journalists looking for a Pulitzer making it seem far worse than it is? I know you are likely to believe ever

I can see people's energy fields quite easily. I don't mean to make it sound as kooky as it comes off. I am well aware that the entire body is full of little tiny electrical pulses. It is difficult for a person who experiences none of the visual stimulation to not see it as slightly kooky. I am really thankful that they did this. There

When it comes to babies, I just follow the mother's lead! I stand my ground when necessary but not without a good argument. It mostly happens when it is a wish that involves more work for me.

it's an all-around wonderful exercise that pretty much everyone can enjoy. I never really paid attention to how all of the muscles were connected in school so it was really interesting to learn how simple posture issues can have a profound effect on one's overall self. <TABLE cellpadding=8 wi

Today was the first day of an eight week yoga based stress management course that my work was kind enough to enroll me in. Most people know me to be level headed and I am usually (visibly) unaffected by stress. However, I am under a great deal of stress right now so I am welcome participant. It all starts with my worst and my best flaw. I pick my battles very

My point was that in establishing some of their rules they are in a round about way acknowledging the fact that sects and violence are a problem within Islam despite the claims of some to the contrary. I got your point. Rules are rules but when you have to get specific about the sort of violent speak yo

(Citizen)KFC (Kickin For Christ) I find it really interesting that you claim the CC to be wrong. Then you site bible versus like they matter. If I asked a hundred people to read the bible I would get 100 different interpretations. The bible is flawed and to follow it blindly is foolish. How many men have translated the bible from its ori

BakerStreet That is probably the best way I have ever heard anyone say it. True it is more like a business than a church but that could be said about many faiths. Not because that is the true teachings of the church but because it is one persons understanding of what faith is all about. Frankly, I don't go to church because I am tired of

Retort? It was humor, sarcasm. Then why bother? Someone took the time to write out a thought out article, albeit one I don't agree with. Others took the time to comment and all you have to offer is sarcasm. Why bother? <TD class="mb-Body-Quote-T

If you want to get into semantics.... I am going to offer comment in the same vein as your silly retort. Putz!

The real problem with any organized religion is that it is left to man to translate and understand teachings of people long gone for many of years. I disagree with your assertions.

I will get my bottom into gear and put men to paper This really gave me a chuckle. Some sort of Freudian slip. lol I know the feeling about having half started something only to find the muse or inspiration has gone. I really have to have some level of passion for the subject to put women to paper. (oops!) Have a Happy Turkey Da

I'm done with you and this article. You refuse to actually read what I take the time to write. You have obviously made up your mind on certain things and are not willing to see that there is more than one side to the story. BTW - I can see that you havent' seen old posts of mine or understand why I blog here. I don't blog to argue, I blog to learn others

The bottom line, it's not your choice to make, it's the choice of the parents. John did the right thing in choosing to give all 3 the chance, but making the other choice he had, would have been right also, because it was his choice to make. It is a choice and one I hope that I don't have to make. <TABLE cellpadding=8 width="95%" align=c

I resent that. Meaningful exisitance is important, and don't give me the paremetic stuff, First of all you have your Bloggers mixed up. It also appears that you haven't read what was there either. Secondly, meaningful existence is something that is relative to an individual. I took the time to read all of your research from the origina
