I think that is probably why its happening, it happened to me too.. on my old PC , no probs at all on this one. I have made a Static non-animated version for those who may have problems, if you want it, just ask. I would still ike to hear from Stardock on this though.

I havent had anyone else mentioning that and after testing defrag works fine for me with SG1 loaded. I wish I could be of more help on that one, hopefully you dont have to defrag often, I always set it to defrag while i sleep

If it is it could be that only certain language versions have this issue. Well, that would certainly not be good but honestly I dont think it is, It did it on my system a few times during design and on one of my testers machines..initially, so who knows, Hopefully someone @ Stardock can clear this up or making animated panels in the future wont be so enticing.

SKS auto converts the .png to a .tga so it shouldn't matter what editor you use. # 2, for the dropdown, there are three images, the border, the button and the button glyph image,.. looks like you have them mixed up.. remove em all and re-import to the correct areas. Looks to me as if you have an incorrect amount of frames though, It should be 4 for all three images. Check your image and your frame count for each image and make sure it is set to 4. #3, as much as you may hat
