Yesterday, I heard a rather comeplling argument for increasing the wealthy's refund. I've been thinking it over, and the more I think, the more it makes sense. And I've been thinking about enough to bring me very close to bolting my party on the issue. In fact, if I were to hear one more argument that I think makes sense, I probably will. Anyway, to the argum

I wasnt trying to be hostile but that is examples of the democrat party being racist. Yes i called the racist. What are you going to do. Freedom of speech. I'm not going to do anything I just thought it was rather unprovoked.

Let me ask you a question. I assume that you got money back from these "tax cuts"? Now did you save the money or did you spend it? If you spent it, that's considered stimulating the economy because that puts the money back into circulation and increased your spending. Pretty sure we saved it.

We all probably know about the Bush tax plan; decrease taxes on the rich so they will purchase more/increase supply. Well, my family has benefitted from these tax cuts, and, if we are an example, I really don't see how this is working. As I said, I don't see how this plan is working. Though I am grateful for the tax cut, our spending hasn't really increased

Whoa whoa whoa. Back away from the hostilities. I wasn't calling you or anyone else a racist. I'm just saying, there are alot of people (including a few here) who will call you racist if you oppose the nomination of the first black/hispanic/whatever anything.

What would we do about Connecticut? Massachusetts acquires them on the first day. Followed 1 hour later by the fall of Rhode Island.

Okay, this is my first time writing a Humor article.....most of my humor is witty and sarcastic responses, but that obviously doesn't work here. Anyway, I would just like you to be blunt and honest when you tell me it sucks. Now, you really can't deny the tensions between New York and New Jersey. New York has stepped up its "New Jersey smells" campaign and Ne

Hmm...the closest I ever got to opening up, I got involved in a three-month long event that has scarred me for life and left me embittered and depressed. So I'm not a big fan of opening up.

True, there are some liberals out there that will respond as you say, but there are also a number of conservatives that would call you a treasonous, unpatriotic, terrorist supporter, the minute you criticize the administration, the president or his policies. I think Eisenhower said it best: "I have no patience with extreme Rightists who call

Moderateman, what have I told you about generalizations? But I guess you're right. I'm close-minded. After all, I wasn't the first person to expressedly forgive you for calling everyone in my party a weak-minded America-hating sheep when you apologized. And I definently didn't take you up on that peace offer. Nope, not at all. (I know you don't usually include me in any of these articles, but I really hate it when you make such generalizations)

Thatoneguyinslc, you're my new best friend! I too have been advocating civil discussion, but I haven't been called a sellout by other lefties yet. Still waiting My grandfather is an Irish from Brooklyn, moved here as a child. He fought in World War II as well. He's a devout Catholic, and I, not being brought up in a very religious background (my parents are D

With you as a father, I'm fairly certain that they will have to be mainstream to seem unique and quirky in your household. Though the same thing can be said if I ever have kids.

I agree, repression of memories is really healthy. My mind has somehow managed to semi-repress the memories, but every once in a while (by which I mean all the time) they come back and I start into violent, involuntary twitching. I've been working on it though; sometimes I can restrict it to eye tics.
