Hello, I've been playing GalCiv II for some time, but only recently did I upgrade to DA and Twilight (Bought, Downloaded and Installed with Impulse). The new features are great, but there is one thing that is really bugging me. The reasearch cost of technologies is increasing quite drastically over time.
