Cannot install Entrenchment 4 hours wasted, need some help in Sins of a Solar Empire Stardock Forums

Posted this in general yesterday as i could nto access thsi forum, but now i can so reposting it here: So i went and bought the retail copy (boxed) of SINs because i've got a brand new machine and thought i'd save time by not having to re-download it ( i previously had bought the download copy) and i had seen the email about Entrenchments, which looked very cool.
