And the cache would be located where? The internet cache: control panel>internet options. Under the General tab, click the settings button in the temporary internet settings area and clear the cache. You might want to clear all the MSN cookies as well.

Just get the processor, your current graphics card would blow away any game you threw at it, plus it's on the AGP so that also makes it more effective.
