I have lost my motherboard on my desktop computer and also am having trouble getting my IP to load on my laptop. My Windowblinds and everthing else loaded just fine. HELP....I want my IP back.

I am using the link from the message that Stardock sent me and copying and pasting the serial numbers. I have IE on my PC.
I am seeing red right now because I bought and paid for IconPackager and downloaded the IP3.1 and now every time I open IP it gives me this message and then closes. IconPackager 3.10 has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. I have tried numerous times to unload it completely and reload it from the mail Stardock sent me with all the password
