hi im sorta new and i have a question. i downloaded the encoded VS for window blinds right, well when i go to apply it everything seems to go well untill i open up the start menu and such. the hovering animation seems to be malfucntioned, i get a black bar going across w/e im hovering over in the start menu, same thing goes for apps and other window explorer menus. does anyone know why this is happening? ive tried unloaded and reloading, uninstalling a
