I was wondering, if I created a mofified version of someones DesktopX work; do you have to ask the orginal creators permission before uploading or is WinCustomize open source and aslong as you give proper credit to the original artist then you can upload it. If someone can reply to this post ASAP it would greatly help me. Thanks.

I am wanting to make a similar version of Martin's 'iTunes for DX' object but with less indepth details. Possible with the interface along the lines of an iPod or Martin's 'iTunes Remote Module'.
