I ran into this over the weekend - First of all this bug only affects those with Windows XP SP2 who only have the built in zip file opener set as the default program to open up zipfiles. To solve this issue , Search for a zip file program across the web , one such as Winzip , install it , and once you run it , set this software as the default software for opening compressed zip files. Once you do this , reset your computer

Additionally , Ive solved the bug in installing themes. Unless you have another zip file program installed on your computer , and have it set as the default program for opening compressed files , you will always get the prompt on Internet Explorer saying somethings been damaged to save it ... or it will come up as a zip.

I too was a big user of Neoplanet .... The skins really were of high quality and it made using the internet more fun .. even when I was on a dialup connection back then. I even had custom version of the neoplanet browser like the ottawa senators one , lord of the rings one , etc.

I found WHY IE wont auto install skins. You see , if you dont have a external zip program like Winzip or Ultimate Zip .. or Power Archiver installed on your machine and all archive extensions are associated with windows , windows gets confused. HOWEVER... If you have Winzip on your machine or any other zip file program and associate all archive extensions with it , the problem goes away! <img src="http://images.stardock.com/wc/smiles/BigSmile.

I am a current customer who has purchased Windowblinds 4.xx and I am running into a roadblock where it is not letting me download files anymore. Is there something wrong with my account? My user level is 4 and I should have unlimited file downloading right? EDIT - I tried it again and it keeps saying I hit a 50mb download limit yet , I am a current customer. I know Level 3s only get 500mb but I am a level 4
