Another way found is if you go to the WinCustomize page and then click settings on the right below your name, tabs will appear on the next page and under one of those tabs says registration.

Supposedly there is a new build of Theme Manager out now that brings the programs into sync with My Colors but its still not detecting the programs correctly and it makes a mess of the registry.
