how do i get a theme in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

ok i dont understand wat programs i need etc so i can get a theme for my xp ive had a like the look of the GT3 one any help plz.

it says when i download the GT3 theme that there appears to be no .uis file in this skin are you sure it is a windowblinds skin.

ok i dont exactlly know wat i done but could your please explain wat i have to do to get a theme onto my computer such a the GT3 one ill start from scratch ?

ive tried downloading the gt3 theme but i dunno how to get it to work at 1st it said i needed a program to get it to work so i took a wild guess and and downloaded window blinds so i went to download the gt3 theme and it said the is a file missing am i sure it is a window blinds skin ??? any help on how i cant get this theme please.
