Sorry to take so long to reply! First - Your existing specs are great. You probably won't see a huge boost from upgrading your CPU right now. Your video card is another story. It's good, but the Radeon 9x00 series is waaaay better (and apparently the upcoming 10x00 series is insane). That being said, since you first posted, we've done some additional perf improvements that should be noticable in the late game.

So, had I not just upgraded last year to a 9950 (non X3D2), I would totally go for one now if you can get it at a good price. Is it overkill? Yeah, probably, but will it last you for years to come? Yes. :) All that being said, for any game it's not just the CPU, it's the GPU. You probably won't max out your CPU before you become GPU bound - which means that your GPU simply can't process all the stuff the CPU is throwing at it. That's something most folks don't

Hmm, I'm not sure. We'll keep an eye out if anyone else reports this.
Did you remember to click 'Apply' after subscribing to the map in Modding -> Manage?
Sins II runs as a borderless window, so alt-tabbing should have no effect (that's only really an issue with games that run in dedicated windows like Sins 1 did). If you reload a save game from before it crashed, does it happen again in the same spot?
In the game options, try setting 'Cluster Orbital Structures' to Disabled in User Interface -> Miscellaneous.
Oh yeah, forgot to update that after doing some updates. Will fix for next patch. Thanks!
Thanks for the suggestion - but how would you imagine this working? If we let players queue up a ton of stuff and it immediately hits your income, you'll be blocked from building ships, etc. when you need to unless you then de-queue all the stuff you had just done. That's not a good play experience either.

The TEC Primacy’s flagship is the weapon-laden Ragnarov-class titan. In keeping with the Primacy’s philosophy that all enemies should be destroyed, the Ragnarov is embodiment of this ideal, as most of the ship is composed of a massive rail gun. In the time since we first looked at the Ragnarov, she’s only become more deadly with the inclusion of point-defense autocannons as part of her standard arsenal. <img style="display: block; margin-left: auto; ma
