Need help with bootskin... in Stardock Support General WinCustomize Forums

Okay, so i've never used bootskin before and i thought i'd give it a whirl...installed it and picked the skin i wanted and it said it will be shown next time i reboot. So i reboot and up comes the load screen, which stays black, computer screen blinks then goes back to the main part of the computer booting, then comes up a message saying computer didnt start correctly and what should i do....i pick last know good config cause all that works. I hope i dont sound dumb but im confused...i love you're first screenshot diafragma...i have the msstyle and skinstudio...but how do i convert it with skinstudio? I cant open the file with skinstudio...im confused, sorry just another n00b.
