And to Alienfast, I had all the SP1 updates, and I am very computer literate. Sp2 has got some problems. All new software has problems. Wait until you have a few more years experience on the computer before you make those kind of comments. I know what I am doing because I was taught by a Computer programmer who works for Nasa. A well maintained system includes a good firewall,virus, and spyware program. I beg to differ with you about outbound traffic. My firewall (Zone Alarm Pro) does control outbound traffic as well as inbound. I have had a bug free system for years because I keep it well maintained with protective software. I have tried all the different browsers out there, and have always come back to IE. It is the most compatable with windows. I guess until somebody breaks the strong hold MS has it will be that way. I liked Firefox, but there were so many web pages that I need to get to that it will not work with I had to go back to IE. Not to mention after I installed Firefox there was a long list of spyware that my Adaware, Spybot and Pest patrol picked up from it. Y

I have been using AVG Pro for years. I have never got a virus while using it. I update everyday. However, even though my updates were always current with Norton, I still got a few virus's. I like it too. I will continue to use my Spybot,Adaware pro, and pest patrol. Except for Spybot, I bought the other ones. None of them pick it up as a spyware as of yet. I hope it will remain free.

I have been having simular problems too, as well as others. I changed my picture icon today and it took hours to show the new one. Even after it was successfully uploaded. It takes a long time for my stats to catch up, and even though I am on a cable modem it sometimes takes forever to get on the sight or navigate once I get here.
