Well, I just deleted the catalyst control panel, and reinstalled 5.13, without the control panel. Unlucky me however, still has the problem, and can't seem to get any theme apart from the windows classic theme.
I downloaded it WITH the control panel, but the control panel does not work, and I get an error when I try opening it.
Like the few other posts, I too have the problem that when I go to install a theme, it just sets it to the windows classic theme. I am using the free version of WB 5.0.
