Still No ESC menu/options in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

Ahah! I did the update. I still got no faster way to freezethe game than to press the Esc key. :(

Ah, no. Run Drengin component manager. Enable Betas. Click on Gal Civ. Click on install. Then you're good to go.

Crash on Esc in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

Installed without incident, took ten min. Takes 30 sec to get thru black screen to 'splash goes here'. Game responds crisply after that. Seemed able to start Photon build. Seemed able to increase Spend rate. Clicked Turn and turns seemed to happen. Pressing Esc seemed to freeze the game everytime. Task Manager killed it cleanly. I took notes of the hour I spent with it. Do you want to tell us more about what's given and therefore not subject to change? The small i
