Icons for Memorystick, CompactFlash etc. in Icons Stardock Forums

I looked on many internet sites but never found any good icons for Memorystick or CompactFlash. If you have a "x in 1 Flash Card Reader", all icons for the Flash drives in the Windows Explorer look the same (ugly). If anyone knows a good resource for these icons or plans to create some, it would be just great!

Run Windows XP in grayscale in OS Customization Stardock Forums

Is there a program that allows me to run Windows XP in grayscale mode, just like it looks if you open the shutdown dialog? I'm not looking for a theme but for a way to make everything gray. It would be cool to be able to switch form True Color or High Color to Grayscale. Thnks for your answers!
