I had a very similar experience. What fixed it: Have Windowblinds apply the default Microsoft theme. Uninstall Windowblinds. Reboot. Get the beta version of Windowblinds. Install it. Reboot. Those steps fixed it on my machine. I was able to apply any skin and access to my folders worked.

I was still on 23H2 when this happened. Funny but 24H2 is installing now. I want to see what happens. WB has been uninstalled as of right before I posted in the forum. Start 11 is working ok

A crazy thing has happened. When I choose a skin other than the default win11 one I can't access my folders. I click on a folder and nothing happens when there is a windowblinds skin selected. I go back to the default win11 skin and no problem. This has never happened before and I've used windowblinds since 2005. There are no other programs installed to skin anything. I'm truly perplexed.
