Isn't that original version of Electrosexual? Wasn't that one for Win7? I've found that the win7 or earlier skins have a smaller, skinnier start panel. Sometimes you can mess with those earlier skins in Skin Studio and make them wider but you have to be careful cause strange things can happen. Also what version of Start are you using? 10 or 11?
