The first thing I have to say is that I am against Russia in this war which Russia started against Ukraine. I am for Ukraine and their desire to be with the West. Having said all that the next thing I am going to say is to put things in a historical perspective. I was going to talk about fire bombing Tokyo and Dresden. China and Russia have nukes. If Chapter 5 of Nato happens because Russia starts to invade Poland I can see the exchange of nuclear weapons happening. I don't think Putin would risk that. I am not scared yet. It would appear that in the future Russian troops may be right up to the border of Poland which is a NATO nation. If Putin decides to go after Poland than World War III would be on. If that happens kiss your ass goodbye because nukes come into play. Let's pray to God that doesn't happen.

Hi - this thread is pretty crazy. I used start10 and now start11. I have dual monitors. I've never seen any of this behavior in either. My start panel pops up where it is placed. Left or centered. It doesn't make any difference where the cursor is. The cursor can be on either screen but the start panel pops up on the left monitor where it always is. Sometimes I center the start button but that's about it. I can put the cursor over on the 2nd monitor and then press the windows key, the start p
