Dolt asking a favour... in Docks WinCustomize Forums

Hey guys, I am just wondering how exactly I install a weather widget that I just downloaded...the .zip file contains a .dxpack file. Do I need another application to install that? Or do I simply extract it into my WindowsBlinds directory...any help would be greatly appreciated.
