Witch, witch is judging witch? Wait a minute I feel a warm suprise, oh yes, it is little_whip again, showing me how much she loves me. Thanks for getting me off the visitors line, and then crushing my vertebrae, I guess it has something to do with ego-mania, and having the power to curse demons into the abyss. Don't you know that the demons only go into the abyss at the end of the age. Chaote Magick, does that entitle you to be nasty to me,

It is strange that I thought that so many people living in Israel had dark hair, until I met a girl called Esti, she was the lead singer in a band called 'Jenny from Space' and she laughed and she said, many of the girls in Israel have blonde hair, so guess he might have had some healty locks, and a surfer boy tan...joking, we will never know that one....however time is going really fast, is that a scientific fact or what....the minutes are getting sho

I am glad I read this, thankyou I am going to sit and read through it leisurely, I love reading testimonies. Next to the Bible they are my favourite, sort of an up to date bible like Acts Chapter...the on after the last....I read it, I have a super comic about 70 weeks of Daniel, by SDA...plus a handful of Ellen G White's books, her dates are a little cooky at times, but that gal sure loved Jesus.

Seriously, when I was backslidden, I was not even aware I was breaking God's heart, only after he restored me by his grace, did I realize that I had made him such sweet promises and that I had promised I would never depart. Oh so like Peter I was, so full of promises, sitting years later and crying at how much pain experienced I was overwhelmed by the fact that I had actually gone back on a love so wonderful as the love that is in Jesus. Yeah, thanks f

I have seen the robe but not the face, The eyes that contain eternity in a single teardrop, The scars upon his dark tanned skin, that once carried a thorny crown, The hands through which our angry spikes were driven, The back so torn open by our sickness and disease, The mouth that lips the tongue, which as he spoke drove back the soldiers, Yet so gently caressed the broken heart of every sick or broken sinner who opened to his

You know Preach, for many years I would say, 'That was me, brother'. When I stopped smoking the weed, I was off it for about 2 weeks and then had a major temptation to smoke it. I did and darkness came down on my so terrible. I repented and for some time I was free. Then 8 years later, back at the same place I had fallen before, I stumbled for 5 years....I am not adding up the tally of years so it might be wrong. Then I stopped smoking due to God's dir

Hi Gideon, I am busy reading a very efficient breakdown of this text. link. From what I understand, this was a classic case of entrapment, for according to what he had been teaching to the drunks and harlots, he would have to free the woman, if he did they would have had a reason to arrest him. Jesus chose well to show the total depravity of mankind. Once the accusers were g

LITTLE_ Whip....big stones, small stone, they are still stones. You know a lot about hypocrisy, and from personal experience. Living as a Chaote Magickian and pretending to know biblical truth is real wierd, dark and light mixed together, you obviously like to live with you feet in the fire. Come on leave Baker to butter his own bread, he is a big boy now and needs to learn to answer the questions for himself.

Hi Dharma, I have done a tremendous amount of research into this subject and though I initially drew from many different sources; eventually I only concentrated on the King James New Testament, to keep a single minded focus. I was utterly startled. I had been told by leading theologians, that I should not bother it is all confusing, and basically I should just concentrate on outer darkness. Oh there was plenty of that type of stuff. I might have become

Once again you are talking to no-one else but myself and Preach. I have only had one point, and that is that a disciple of Jesus follows the teaching of Jesus. That teaching is very clear and simple even child could understand it, and they do, but you don't. We are commanded to love one another, and that includes loving our enemies, not hating or killing them. End of point. As to Preacherman explaining to you what he wants that is between you an him, a

I do not believe that Jesus washed the Old Testament away. Infact quite the contrary, he came to bring a glorius understanding of the law. Instead of do not kill, do not hate. Instead of no adultery, no lust. Being at emnity with God is only our position as long as we are outside of Christ. I do not know that I am confident to believe that someone who rejects the teachings of Christ is anywhere else but at emnity with God. It is not an accusation it is

What? You don't hate God. That you agree that God dispensed his Justice correctly right up unitl the time of Jesus? And Jesus taught us that war, killing and hatred were fine if we were protecting what was ours? Or something along those lines....

Okay, coming to the New Testament, I can only suggest that a step by step look at the book of Romans will grant us the understand of how this Wrath is dealt with in Christ. But honestly I believe that Baker has been waiting. So I am going to leave the two of you to chat, I got to get sleep. Will pick up tommorrow.

Whenever on looks at God and says was He wrong or right, you have one huge problem in the Theology, you have to start with mankind, and our nature. Their is one thing that Calvin and Ariminians agreed with and that was the total depravity of man. I do not need to establish the fact of human depravity, I read some of your other threads and you certainly have a great command of those facts. Now looking at God in that light. It should not be hard to under

I am not living in an illusion, anyone who is outside of Christ, is at emnity with God. This is regardless of whether they are morally nice people or not. You know for a fact the nice person might be a child abuser, and if I were to tell you it were so some time ago, about 4 years and the person moved away, and returned a reformed person, it would hard to believe. However, as a believer in Jesus, and by that I mean a child of God, I cannot follow my ba

There is another passage that will really help you to worry less, 'In everything with prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, make your requests known unto God......he will give you peace and rest.'

Baker you are a very lonely person, talking to those who are not there. Talk to me little brother, you are a highly strung paranoid, who needs to really stop being so worried. God's word says, 'Cast all your cares upon Him, for He careth for you.'

Here goes, hold on to your hat:- sorry preach, you can delete this entry once it is over. Military Service and War— What the Bible Teaches A question frequently asked is what should one do if he or his family is attacked, or if someone intends to render harm in any way, or when there is a danger to one's property? Surely we would think it is our duty to protect our lives and interests, and if the nation is attacke

Nasty, very nasty. I think you will have to guess that one for now. I have dedicated an entire Mega-Resource to answering that question directly and in the affirmative, however you are not answering your question therefore; like you one should then assume, which is hardly a wise thing to do, that you answered, in the affirmative to Christ promoting killing the unbelieving. Now it would be corr

Baker,I think you need to be clear, and stop stalling on the issue. On the other hand preach is right, we do not have to do this in one session, let's create another stream, thread whatever and discuss the Nature of God. Old Testament to New Testament. I personally like Romans as a starting point, having studied a little under Dr Du Plessis at Kalk Bay Bible Institute, it was wonderful to see how clearly Paul explains this entire issue in detail. </fon
