Ah. I see now. On the basic settings page, it does say the enhanced version is required. I'm sure it's well worth the $20. Thanks for your help!

That makes sense. I forgot to mention, though, that I was right-clicking on the desktop. BTW Firefox has its own theme system that overrides WB, so I don't think they can be skinned.
