Bring up task manager, then right click any process and go to 'Set Affinity'. Let's you choose what processors can run something (up to 31 seperately! Who has that many though!?)
Nah, finances are pretty easy actually to be honest I just seemed to get utterly owned militarily (yes I do make my own ships), and I'm not always sure to research so seem to just go 'eh, I'll research *everything*!'.
How can you say it's too easy? I've had the game for a few months now and haven't won yet
