I have tried the free one (2.11) but that doesnt help. I went back to v 2.19h (which Stardock Central sees as the most current. I still do not have the ability to load these suites!! There must be a reason for this!!

Hello all!! I hope someone can help!! I am currently running theme manager version 2.19h (I am a subscriber) and it now seems that it will not download any parts of the suites. When I hit apply, the selection screen comes up and all is checked. I hit apply and it goes through the download VERY fast then closes. When I go back in the same components are still listed as NOT DOWNLOADED. This is very frustrating and I hope someone has the answer!! Thanks!
