I saw a movie. I cannot recall the title. But it was a definite anti-paparazzi one. And I rooted for the guy that was doing them in. It was called "Paparazzi" I believe. I was rooting for the guy too.

Actually since they work for the president, there still is no case. Do you have some precedent or law that you can cite that states that anyone who works for the President is authorized to disseminate calssified information? <TABLE cellpadding=8 width="95%" align=center bgColor=#FFF394 class="m
Any invites left? [email protected] Thanks!
Came across this tongiht when I should have been in bed sleeping. Here you can make the President deliver a speech of your making. If you click load at the top right, you can hear him deliver speeches submitted by others. Some of them are pretty rude...but it's all in good fun, right? ;) <!-- Ju-Anchor-Fo
Davad...your daughters have your eyes and smile! Their mother claims that was my only worthwhile contribution. Apparently she places those qualities far above the other trait she claims I gave them....a smart mouth. </
She does not have what it takes, what Rosa and Coretta had. No...she doesn't. Nor do tens of millions of other women in this country. It's pretty sad when so many people on this thread are crying foul at people using her death as a political pulpit, and then you do pretty much the same thing.

Thanks for the info Larry. I'm sure they didn't leak the entire NIE report to newspapers, or we would have known about it a long time ago. So yes, they did only leak a portion. It just so happens that in this instance, that the portions they leaked served to cast doubt on the credibility of Wilson. I believe that parts of the NIE has now been declassified, but it certainly wasn't way back when this happened.
He's probably kicking himself now with the success of Brokeback mountain eh?
I'm not entirely sure how that process works, why don't you educate us baker?
Bush & Cheney have done a lot of posturing lately about how dangerous, irresponsible, and reckless it is to have classified information leaked. Now it seems that it's ok to leak classified information as long as it advances a cause for them. By Murray Waas, National Journal © National Journal Group Inc. Thursday, Feb. 9, 2006 <
Come on Ben....you don't seriously think Bush would exaggerate the severity of a threat do you?
you harbor the fantasy that she might actually sleep with you, and you don't want to do anything to hurt your chances. That's precisely why I've stayed out of this argument. Good one Tex!
Yes, I think that might the problem also. Apparently the publish this as an article checkbox doesn't work.
As Clinton's legal council said, the only way for the administration to argue that a law is unconstitutional, is to ignore it and let the legislature take it to court! That's not what he said at all, you've got the quote right there. Stop trying to spin it into what you want him to say and look at what he actually did say. One could jus
There is no conflict. Notice what persons are addressed in 1802; (1) Notwithstanding any other law, the President, through the Attorney General, may authorize electronic surveillance without a court order under this subchapter to acquire foreign intelligence information for periods of up to one year if the Attorney General certifies in writing under oath that— (A) the electronic surveillance is solely directed at— (i) the acquisition of the cont
The point you seem to be forgetting is that the administration has never argued that FISA is unconstitutional. In their 42 page defense of the NSA program, they have never stated that argument. Nor has Gonzales or Bush said they believe FISA is unconstitutional. Therefore the argument that the President can ignore a law that is unconstitutional is irrelevent. Why is that no one from the administration has argued that FISA is unconstitutional? Because it's bunk. As i
Throughout this article, and Gideon's and the press and the comments, one point has not been made and it appears to be a glaring one. How do we know Brittany Spears drove with her child in her lap? Because someone (paparazzi no doubt) was stalking her! How many pictures, so clear and close up, do we see of all
Sec. of State is one thing, Dept. of Ed., Transportsation, HUD or some other position is another. Which has more overall responsibility? Which one gets the most attention and ink? Which does more for the overall "image" of blacks in government? A job that makes everday, blase policy for the country, or a job that speaks for the country as a whole? That's where I was going.
What I wonder with this is, if the FISA court questioned the legality of the actions then, why didn't they merely cite their caselaw, and rule on the case accordingly. If they are a legitimate court, with the authority to issue or deny warrants, they should act instead of sit around whining. I haven't s
All the other failed attempts by democrats to somehow prove something against Bush. Remember all the conspiracy theories that were debunked by the Sept. 11 commission? I don't recall those "conspiracy theories" being congressional investigations. <TABLE cellpadding=8 width="95%" align=center bg
Two presiding judges were made aware of the NSA Surveillance Program twice within the last 4 years by the Justice Department. Both of the judges apparently had serious misgivings about the legality of the program. They went so far as to tell DOJ that no evidence obtained through the program could be used as a basis to obtain a warrant from the court. Of course that didn't stop DOJ from slipping one past them after they had been told not to
where did I say or type she did NOT deserve respect? show me or STFU and take your bleeding heart and bled on someone elses blog. You said she's being honored only for the color of her skin, yeah that shows that you think she's deserving of a lot of respect. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/JU/smil
None of my posts have shown up on my blog page since October. Even though I've checked the box on most of them to make them articles. They show up as forum posts, but never as articles.
Take your whoring somewhere else.
