It looks like one of Jairo Boudewyn's icons, but I've never seen that particular one.

I did reveal them! Now refute them! Or just begone! And the lies continue. You revealed no facts...you included snippets from a book written by a righty hack that you have not even read. You posted that Pelosi "does not allow unions on her Vineyards or the restaurants she owns." Show me somet
I figured I would do a post like Dr. Guy...but with a twist! I will include actual facts! Yes, I know it's a novel concept, but I figured what the hell. From Capitol Buzz Misery loves company. Sen. Elizabeth Dole (R-NC) joins Tom DeLay with investigations into illegal corporate contributions to her 2002 campaign committee: Federal auditors said a campaign committee for U.S. Sen. Elizabeth Dole, R-N.C., should return $81,32
Surely you're not implying that I have made accusations against Bush or the neocons. If you can show me some accusations I've made, I'd be more than happy to provide facts.
As usual, your cowardice shines through. You are ever afraid of the truth...you always state you have the facts, but never reveal them. I can't say that I really blame you. Your neo-con leadership suffers from the very same problem...fear of the truth.
Perhaps you need a link to it? A link to what?
All your points can be boiled down to one simple thing. The stated facts stick in your craw and make you question your beloved heros of the proletariate revolution. That is your problem not mine. What facts did you state? You don't know that anything you posted there. That's my point...you always pu
Roberts needs to make up his mind then, because yesterday on the Senate floor he said; “Well, there’s been a lot of talk about Phase 2. What is Phase 2? Why has it been delayed, if in fact it has been delayed? … It isn’t like it’s been delayed. As a matter of fact, it’s been ongoing. As a matter of fact, we have been doing our work on Phase 2.” If it's "done" as he said...why does he say it's ongoing and that they're still workin
DG...do you ever think on YOUR own? All I see you do around here is re-post items you find elsewhere whether they are true or not. For example... Does the fact that the workers at businesses that were invested in, or owned by Pelosi are not union mean the same as your statement that she "refuses to allow unions" ? Do you have knowledge that the employees tried to unionize and she squashed it? You do not, because that's not what ha
It's interesting that if Plame was so "covert" that she had no problem posing for magazine covers. "she has gone back to work at CIA headquarters in Langley, Va., after a leave of
It's interesting that if Plame was so "covert" that she had no problem posing for magazine covers. The Novak story came out in July 2003. The Vanity Fair article came out on January 2004. Also...she didn't pose for any magazine covers, Viggo Mortensen was on the cover of Vanity Fair for the issue that
Since when is Madeline Albright one of the leaders of the Democratic Party? She did some research and presented a report to them. She's not a politician or a stated leader of the democratic party.
Daiwa, I don't agree with you but I truly appreciate the way you've stated your opinion. Some of the other conservatives here could learn a thing or two from you in that regard. I really don't think anyone is using this term to minimize any of his qualifications and accomplishments. Even the most left of thinkers agree that he's qualified and capable of the job, they just question his ideology and the direction he could take the cou
What does "little scalia" have to do with calling someone a "wop"? Little Scalia is derogatory int he same sense as wop? Neither I, nor my ex is full of shit, and the fact that your Wife IS a paralegal proves nothing. You are the one who said the DNC are the ones who started calling him Scalito. Stop trying to act tough and show me the first time the DNC used that term. You won't do that because you apparently don't l
I realize it's a combination of the two names smart guy. I'm talking about the actual italian name "Scalito". In several languages "ito" is used as a diminuitive. "Scalito", would therefore mean "little scalia". I know for a fact that that lawyers have called Alito this for years. My ex, a paralegal worked on an immigration case before the 3rd Circuit 4 years ago. They called him Scalito then. What's the earliest reference you have from
It isn't as if the MSM anointed him "Scalito". Lawyers appearing before him are the ones who started calling him this. How exactly is this term derogatory or a slur? I would think conservatives would be fond of this name, considering it is roughly translated as "Little Scalia". Isn't Scalia the epitome of what conservatives want in justices? How does pointing out similarities between them, make someone anti-Italian? I'm re
I never said that the current administration is any more dishonest than previous administrations. A case could probably be made to support that position, but that's not what we've been discussing here. I do realize that Clinton faced indictments similar to the charges that Rove & Libby will be. However, in my book someone lying about getting a hummer is not quite as bad as people exposing the identity of a CIA operative and lying about it.<B
To be honest...I'm not a big fan of Howard Dean, and I don't like that he's currently the face of the party. I just hate seeing people tell lies and make ridiculous statements like "Howard dean has decide he is the great and powerful OZ and that when he opens his mouth, new laws are created." All of us, Dean included, have justification right now to say that the members of this administration have been dishonest.
Ok, I see where you got your quote from. He definitely did say that, but we all have seen that he has a tendency to get a little overexcited. However...you forgot to include this part; Asked whether he was rushing to judgment, the former Vermont governor said with a laugh, “I got in trouble because I wouldn’t convict Osama bin Laden. Maybe I’ve learned something.” He's damned if he does, damned if he doesn't. So which way do
Apparently you missed the statement I made that I was joking _______. At that point I guess I should stick in some denigrating term like "shit from shinola" or "moron". I know I would fit in better here if I called people names, but I'm not really sure I would want to "fit in" here. ah yes! a perfect point on how liber
Dear extreme right wing loon, Actually I do know shit from shinola. I also know how to spell the word "apparently". It must be something I picked up reading the news in the "MSM". I'm sorry, but I couldn't resist an opportunity to show that being a democrat makes me smarter than you. Actually, I don't really believe that, but it's fun to joke about for us. My point was that Howard Dean is not the only person who's getting the impr
Well...apparently there are alot of people other than Howard Dean who think these people are dishonest. A poll that came out today at CNN.com reports that 9 out of 10 americans believe that administration officials either did something illegal or unethical regarding the CIA leak case. Link
1. Going into Afghanistan. 2. The No Child Left Behind program is wonderful...that is the program itself. However, the lack of federal funds to support it is unfortunate. 3. The appointment of John Roberts. I could name a lot of smaller things I've agreed with as well. Unfortunately, there are many more major issues that I do not agree with decisions/actions he and his administration has taken.
If you need help finding the many polls that indicate most americans believe the war was/is a mistake let me know.
What about all the non "liberals" that are either opposed to the way the war is being fought, or now think it was a mistake from the start? Does the enemy consider them friends as well? Or is it just liberals opposed to the war that are the enemy's friends? Are you saying that liberals are the only ones that do not support the war? It's convenient to name people like Durbin and Moore, but what about the simple everyday americans that oppose the war
