I've had this happen to me once. Just drag the missing icon off the dock, then back on.

What's a good icon for Netmeeting in Docks WinCustomize Forums

I noticed that no one has made an icon for NetMeeting (at least not one in the object dock section on WinC), and since I am in no position to make one myself, I was wondering if there was a good icon to use.

Hey! At least you can use that resolution! There's a small group of people called 15 inch and below LCD. Our group has to hope for(request)a 1024 version. Most people are nice enough to do it, though.
