I would not take the voice on their offer but I would willingly sacrifce mt life in return to the other I care about.

However, if you try to bring up the sun where climate change is concerned, all of the sudden, the sun is somehow left out of the picture.Exactly! (But I was enjoying Sushik's humor). That is the rub! how dare we attempt Global warming when the Sun has the last say! I was joking? ;0 Seriously I

I think that would be a great Aprils Foolsday joke for Cheney to do to him. "Umm sir we just launched a strike against the sun for the following reasons, you have to go on public tv and break the news..." I honestly coud see him falling for it. "Against the sun?... Well it is always overhead... and it does get in my eyes..."

Damn it, As much as I hate Bush, I think it might be hard press to actually stick this one on him. I will not give up though. I will find a way. Maybe Bush will surprise us one morning with: " Good morning citizens, this morning we launched a pre-emptive strike against the Sun for fear it was harboring Al Qaeda. You see we just can't take a chance that they are there... we destroyed the sun to stop it

Sushi, that was out of line. She is responding in the way she sees fit. She is staying on topic and not calling anyone (except maybe herself ) names. She is welcome here on my blog. My appologies

It's funny, I'm sure I have been pegged as 'AntiChristian' as few times in my life by different people, but it was never done on purpose. I think alot of non-christian or even non-religious minded people are in a situation like where we are in now with Muslims and the cartoon character. I think at times there might be a 'Cultural expansion' between non-Christ'ies and Christrians. A lot of us are rolling our eyes at the muslim world wondering why they are getting all worked up

Thanks SushiK, by even reading my blog post on these types of items you show me you are willing at least to listen to items that should be of interest to more Americans. You move up my ladder of honest people. Hey I have always said, I am neither Red nor Blue; I just call them as I see them. Please

Proving God exists by pointing to a book written by people who believed God exists isn't proof, and it doesn't serve the argument. It makes us seem idolatrous and mindless as Christians, believing blindly paper and ink. Wow, now that deserves an insightful! I hate religion in general and but more so when all I hear are quotes from the bible w

My two year old doesn't want to go to church so I'm going to call a sitter for him? I don't think so. I'm talking more when the kids are 10 - 18 years old and are able to think for themself. What if they say they can not go because they simply are not in to it? Do you still force them to go?

I want our kids to ask questions, but I'd still like for them to share in our religious beliefs. I understand that I can't force them, but they WILL be respectful even if they choose not to go down our path. Why force them to go to church even as kids though? If you actually do have to force the kid

Well see the problem I have with the Jesus dieing for thing is this. God knew full well that his son would die and then come back to heaven, so in other words Jesus would pull a small stint down on earth to rally some people to his cause and all that and then shoot back to heaven in the end. So there was never really any critical fear of losing Jesus as far as god went. I kind of think it was a lot to do about nothing since the
