i cant use jpeg images in my logon? in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

I just made a logon using a jpeg image as my center image (stretched out) but when I apply it I get the parser message that I postd earlier. Im not sure that if you can use the jpeg image or that it mite be something else. Please help.

Whenever I try apllying the logon that I made, I get Parser Message- value creation failed at line 14. Please help me.
